Delete your CreArt account

This page is for Photo to Video AI: CreArt (the iOS and Android app) and the website at creartai.com, published by YAWAI LLC.

Deleting your account permanently removes it. It is not a freeze or a deactivation. If you have an active subscription, cancel its renewal first if you want to keep access until the period ends. Deleting the account cancels the subscription immediately; remaining days are not refunded.

How to delete your account

In the CreArt iOS or Android app

  1. Open CreArt.
  2. Open Profile (bottom tab).
  3. Sign in with Google or Apple if you are not already signed in.
  4. Open Settings (gear icon).
  5. Tap Delete account.
  6. Confirm.

On the website

  1. Go to creartai.com.
  2. Sign in with Google or Apple.
  3. Open your account menu (your name or photo in the top bar).
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Confirm.

If you no longer have the app

Email yawaiapps@gmail.com from the address on the account. Ask us to delete the CreArt account. We confirm it is yours before we delete it.

What we delete

  • Profile: name, handle, email, photo and bio
  • Generation history and images or videos you created
  • Photos you uploaded as input
  • Community posts
  • Credit balance

What we keep

We keep what the law requires for tax and accounting. We also keep a limited billing record — including your email address — so paid credits and refunded balances cannot be reset by deleting the account and creating a new one. That record is for fraud prevention, not for marketing.
