Account and Privacy

3
How do I delete my account?+
You can delete your account yourself from your account page — profile, history and generated images are removed according to our retention policy. If you have an active subscription, cancel its renewal first.
Does CreArt use my images to train AI models?+
No. Images you upload or generate are not used to train AI models — CreArt does not train models at all. Your creations stay private to your account unless you post them to the community yourself.
Where is my data stored?+
Data is stored on secure infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Generated images are kept for history and removed according to retention settings.

Plans and Billing

6
What is a credit?+
A credit is the unit CreArt uses to measure how much work a generation costs. A simple image costs a few credits; a video costs credits per second, because it is far heavier to produce. You do not pay per generation: credits come with your plan (or with the free tier), and the cost of what you are about to make is always shown on the Generate button before you press it. Nothing is charged to a card at that moment.
Which plans does CreArt offer?+
Four: Free, Starter, Creator and Pro. Free gives you a limited amount of credits to try the image tools. Starter, Creator and Pro give you 4,000, 10,000 and 25,000 credits a month, with no ads and no watermark. Video generation and upscaling need a paid plan. The current prices are on the pricing page.
How much can I do on the free tier?+
The free tier is limited per day, not per month: you get a set number of generations each day and the counter resets the next day. What you have left is always shown in the credits chip at the top of the page and on your account page, and the cost of what you are about to make is shown on the Generate button before you press it.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. You keep premium access until the end of your current billing period.
Which payment methods are accepted?+
We accept major credit and debit cards through a secure payment processor. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported on compatible devices.
Is there a discount for annual billing?+
Yes. The annual plan includes a 25% discount compared to monthly billing.

AI Tools

4
What kind of images can I generate?+
You can generate realistic photos, illustrations, digital art, logos, portraits, landscapes, interior concepts, and more. Each tool is optimized for a specific workflow.
Can I use generated images commercially?+
Yes. Generated images are yours to use for personal and commercial projects, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models. See our Terms of Use for details.
What resolution do generated images have?+
Standard resolution on the free tier, higher resolution on the paid plans. The Image Upscaler, which enlarges an image up to 4x, needs the Pro plan.
How does background removal work?+
Upload a photo and the AI detects the main subject automatically. You can download a transparent PNG or replace the background.

Getting Started

4
What is CreArt?+
CreArt is a set of AI tools for images and video that run in your browser: generate a picture from a description, turn a photo into a cartoon or a headshot, remove a background or an object, design a logo or a flyer, and make short video clips. Each tool is a page of its own, set up for one job.
Do I need an account to use CreArt?+
You can try the image tools without an account. Creating one gives you your history, saved generations and the community. Video generation and upscaling need a paid plan — the exact cost is always shown before you generate.
How do I start generating images?+
Open a tool, describe what you want in plain words, or upload a photo when the tool asks for one. Pick a style if the tool offers styles, then press Generate. The cost in credits is shown on the button before you press it.
Which languages is CreArt available in?+
English and German. You can switch language from the selector in the top bar.
