Refund Policy
This is where CreArt explains how refunds work — for the app and for the website — and what happens to your credits when one is granted. It sits alongside the fuller commitments in our Terms of Use.
1. Who handles your refund depends on where you paid
Purchases made inside the app are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules; refunds there are theirs to grant, not ours. Purchases made on creartai.com are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, our reseller and merchant of record for the website — Paddle collects the payment, issues the receipt, and processes web refunds.
2. Asking for a refund on a website purchase
Email us at yawaiapps@gmail.com, or use the support link in the receipt Paddle sent you. Since Paddle is the merchant of record, they make the final call on web refunds; we can also request one on your behalf.
3. Your right to withdraw (EU and UK)
If you're a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because generation begins immediately, starting to use credits or a paid feature within that period counts as asking us to begin performance — and the right to withdraw is lost once the service has been fully performed.
4. What a refund does to your credits
If a refund is granted, we deduct the credits it paid for. If you've already spent them, your balance can go negative, and the difference is taken from your next top-up.
5. If CreArt is discontinued, or you cancel
If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give reasonable notice and refund any paid period you haven't used. Canceling a subscription stops the next renewal but lets you keep access until the current period ends. Deleting your account is different: it cancels any active subscription immediately, and the remaining days of that period are not refunded — if you want to keep access until the period ends, cancel the subscription instead of deleting the account.
